Here's the notable stuff that's out in the UK on Mon Oct 19th...
Albums:
Kings Of Convenience - Declaration Of Dependence [Vid. Their 3rd album. I haven't gotten a chance to listen to it yet. I hope it's good cause I'd love to have that beautiful cover on vinyl.]
Puressence - Sharpen Up the Knives [Vid. I love this band but this is an embarrassingly pointless compilation. Hang it up or move to Greece already, geez.]
Charlotte Hatherley - New Worlds [Vid. Her 3rd solo album. Sorry Charlotte, no one has cared in a long time.]
Singles:
The Raveonettes - "Bang"/"The Last Dance" [Vid. Great 1st single(s) from their very good 4th album.]

The Brothers Movement - "Standing Still" [Vid. Quite good 2nd single from Dublin 4-piece.]
The Twilight Sad - "Seven Years Of Letters" [Stream. 2nd single from their 2nd album.]
The Moons - "Torn Between Two" [Vid. Debut from English 4-piece.]
The KoC album seems kind of boring to me. No suprises. BUT I have not given it a chance.

It starts off strong and then quickly gets - as xolondon comments - a bit boring indeed. Nothing new.

Unfortunately I gotta agree about the KoC album.
