Joe Lean & The Jing Jang Jong - "Lonely Buoy" [Vid. Debut album out soon.]
Johnny Flynn - "Leftovers" [Vid. 2nd single from London country-folk singer.]
Ida Maria - "Stella" [Vid. Good 3rd single from Stockholm rocker-chick.]
Albums:
Vincent Vincent & the Villains - Gospel Bombs [London rock'n'roll / rockabilly / doo-wop / skiffle band is the latest in the UK's current 1950's revival. See also: The Rumble Strips, The Holloways, Glasvegas]
Oh the new Elbow song! Absolutely fantastic! And I love the video as well. Guy Garvey gets cooler year by year!
I think The Rumble Strips and Glasvegas are actually quite far from the '50s: the Strips've got lots of late-'70s/early-'80s influences and Glasvegas have that whole shoegazing wall of sound thing on top of their thing. But yeah.

Rumble Strips kinda copy the bands from the early 80s, who themselves harkened back to the 50s somewhat.
Glasvegas are like the Raveonettes in that they combine a 50's-rock aesthetic with a JAMC-style wall of noise.
