John Squire R.I.P.

artistically yeah, squire is kinda dead. though after getting use to his weird-ass singing voice I quite liked his first solo album. but the 2nd one was unlistenable.

Hey this was a great post! Non-album singles are usually quite interesting. I'd also mention the glorious Whatever by Oasis of course. ;-)

I forgot about My Love Life! Great song I need to add to my ipod. The Siouxsie one didn't quite cut it.

oh pete, you're right, i forgot about "Whatever", just added it, thanks!

p.s.
yeah, Moz's "Interlude" kinda fell flat.

Electronic!! Yes, one of my fav non album tracks of all time. Remember it being everywhere on the radio that summer it came out.

I think Coming Around was just a non-LP single following The Man Who. The new track on the singles compilation was actually Walking In the Sun.

ooops, you're right Neil, corrected, thanks!

Torr, the fact that you put the Seahorses "You Can Talk to Me" up there (and Disco Down - well done!) makes me realize how awesome you truly are.

:)

i'd go with "sunny" over "my love life" ;-)
