Xfm is offering up a 20-minute mp3 of an Elbow session which includes an interview with Guy Garvey and live performances of "Leaders of the Free World", "Forget Myself" and "Station Approach." I've uploaded it to rapidshare since it took 2 hours to DL from xfm's site.
The band's only north american u.s. gig of 2005 will be Nov 3rd @ Hiro Ballroom in NY.
Update: The band will also headline a fest in Toronto.
The new album is out in the u.s. now, but V2 isn't gonna give it the promo push until Feb '06.

I've heard that the album will be re-released in February with bonus stuff, maybe a DVD? I wonder if I should hold off buying it today, or if I'm wrong.

I heard the DVD that comes with the special edition in the UK is actually a making of and is supposedly an essential companion piece to the album. True or just marketing speak? I dunno.

The Guardian said they had loads of artists coming in and weird stuff going on at the studio, so if that's on the DVD, it should be worth it.
