Youth Group - Skeleton Jar
Australian three-piece bring us beautiful guitar-pop ala Nada Surf. This is their second album, but the first to be released in the U.S. Don't hold it against them that their bassist is in The Vines, they sound nothing like them! You can stream a few songs at their site.

Shout Out Louds - Howl Howl Gaff Gaff
U.S. debut album from the Swedish 5-piece with wonky vocals. Stream the entire album at vh1.
